We bought this flying dragon boat for our daughter’s room before she was even born. As excited parents-to-be it was a bit of a splurge, found in a Brooklyn boutiquey children’s shop.  Recently, she didn’t want it hanging up anymore, so we got to take it into our own bedroom.   One of the best things about having a kid is you get to buy stuff that you really want but would otherwise not!

All of my drawing supplies are packed up for our move back to Massachusetts.  And I’m working for these guys for a while.  All this to say - it’ll be a few weeks before I have new drawings to post.  But when I’m finally settled, the flood gates will open!

We took a trip a few weekends ago up to Hillsborough and I saw this amazing little storefront that looked like something out of another century.  Naturally, I went home and drew it.  And then added some watercolor.  We’re having a blast in North Carolina…
